Job Description
- Record employee’s welfare ( claims, leaves, etc).
- Facilitating of test reports logistics.
- General Administration work.
- Scheduling new job ( through e-mails mostly).
- Handle customer query (phone & e-mail).
- Managing & record Payment Voucher & Petty Cash.
- Preparing Invoices.
- Bill Payments
*Note: Referring to facilitating of test report logistics task in the list above, our final deliverable to customers are our test reports, so the candidate is basically expected to only provide logistical assistance, in sending this (prepared report) to various departments internally (for QA, etc) before finally delivering to customers (normally through e-mail).
Job Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least minimum SPM & above.
- Required language (s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
- Required Skills: PC Skills (Knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel).
- Preferably juniors with at least 1 Year(s) of working experience in Customer Service however fresh graduate will also be consider.
