• Achieve daily calls & monthly target.
• Follow up customers with social apps such as wechat, whatsapp etc.
• Retain existing customers.
• Maintain good relationship with customers to provide the best service.

Job Requirements

• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.
• Typing skills, internet savvy and computer literate.
• Knowledge on smart phones and social apps is a plus.
• Basic knowledge, in area such as computers and selling technique.
• Must be fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin - reading, comprehending and writing.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to work well under pressure.
• Best if able to start work immediately.
