Job Description

1. Able to evaluate trends, assess new data and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques.
2. Assist clients in resolving issues by responding to questions in a timely and professional manner.
3. Create and implement tailored marketing plans based on individual client requirements.
4. Direct brainstorming meetings and creative sessions, motivate teams of graphic designers, copywriters etc to help them use their talent effectively.
5. Shape brand standards and create procedures to ensure all products are brand appropriate.
6. Supervise the department's daily workflow, assign project workload, and monitor deadlines and budgets.
7. Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion
8. Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team

Job Requirements

1. Proven experience as a creative director or in a similar creative role, preferably from agencies
2. Have hand-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand development
3. Excellent working knowledge of designing software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.
4. Outstanding leadership and organization skills
5. Good interpersonal and analytical skills, able to think strategically. 
6. Have good knowledge in social media platforms & influencer marketing.
