About The Job

  • To develop & implement financial management and support business, advancing overall financial goals & objectives and to drive business improvement. 
  • Prepare and liaise with accountants, lawyers, financial experts and regulatory bodies on transactions undertaken by the group. 
  • Provides strategic financial inputs on decision making issues affecting the organization (i.e., evaluation of potential M&A, asset disposals, and major project capex, as well as the merits of alternative funding plans, etc). 
  • Partners with various business teams in maximizing profits, improving decision-making, and ultimately driving financial transparency across the business. 
  • Managing budget processes, inclusive of periodic forecasting for the business and ensuring complete, accurate, and timely financial reporting, inclusive of balance sheet controls and financial information interpretation and control. 
  • Candidates is also charged with periodical investor reporting materials and management of strategic treasury activities, inclusive of cash flow forecasts and debt management. 
  • To lead ad hoc financial analyses in order to assist management in the evaluation of the profitability of income streams as well as the potential for cost efficiencies. 
  • Liaises with CFO and relevant stakeholders in creating financial plans and strategies that support the overall business objectives. To compiles and presents finance results for the business’s executive leaders, stakeholders, and investors. 
  • Support investor relations function and assist Management in managing investment banking relationships. 
  • Partners externally with business’s external service providers.
  • To perform other duties as delegated by the Chief Financial Officer or the Employer. 

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy /Banking or equivalent. 
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field. 
  • Required Language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa. 
  • Understand Mandarin is required for this position. 
  • Preferably managerial role with 8 years of working experience in Corporate Finance. 
  • Meticulous attention to detail, as well as outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving skills. 
  • Proven ability to prioritize and to initiate follow-through. 
  • Independently motivated, but also able to work closely and collaboratively as a member of a highly interdependent team.
