Job Description
1. Business Analysis.
a. Key Account Implementation/ Coordination
- Data mining, collection and analysis for regional key account to grow revenue and closed won deals.
- Assist to drive revenue recognition of closed won deals by coordinating with business developers and country service directors and identify cross selling opportunities.
b. Sales tracking & Reporting
- Preparation and analysis of critical pipeline and sales metrics (active pipeline, conversion rate, win rate, sales bookings of group/in-country/individual business developers, cross-selling results).
c. Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey and Retention Management
- Lead NPS Project implementation across different markets that includes meeting coordination with stakeholders, design questionnaire, client data retrieval and monitoring of project timeline.
- Analyze NPS result and assist in identifying improvement areas for service delivery and cross selling opportunities.
2. Sales Enabled
a. Sales process management
- Used tools to optimize and implement sales automation process (referral engine, lead routing workflows, sales activities etc.)
- Provide on-site training and support sales team's software suite such as HubSpot, Qwilr, Tableau, Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics and others acquired in the future.
- Develop and provide user guides, training materials, success stories and best practices.
b. Maintenance of sales data and tools
- Provide data maintenance of sales software suites through data exceptional report and work with business user to improve data accuracy.
- Maintain the company Client Intelligence Tableau Portal.
- Constantly gathering user feedback to ensure system able to meet the requirement.
