Job Description

• Establish and implement operation and maintenance system, design and promote operation and maintenance automation
• Responsible for the company’s server setup and daily operations
• Ensure operation and maintenance security, handle operation and maintenance errors, optimise maintenance work flow, and consistently reduce system risk
• Responsible for server construction, setup and maintenance, network security monitoring, system performance management and debugging, network performance management, quick analysis of technical bottlenecks and solutions related to the website, in-depth understanding of the statistical analysis principle and measurement of website data
• Responsible for system upgrades, capacity expansion requirements and allocate resources for implementation of the company’s operation and maintenance projects. At the same time, meet development needs, conduct testing, calibrate operation and maintenance platform, and provide network optimization
• Responsible for hiring, management, and personnel training of the operation and maintenance team

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, major in IT is preferred
• 5 years of operation and maintenance experience in the cloud industry; 3 years in management experience, automation operations and maintenance
• Familiar with Linux operation and maintenance technologies, such as nginx, load balancing, CDN, database, cashe, message queue, NoSQL
• Familiar with at least PHP/Python/Bash and other equivalences; Development experience is a plus
• Familiar with various cloud computing servers, such as Alibaba Cloud, AWS
• Excellent management skills, communication skills, team building and service
