Job Description

• Work Closely with the existing reseller to maintain customer requirements.
• Generates and processes new sales leads as necessary
• Deals with any customer complaints and resolves the issue as necessary
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
• Creates and presents regular performance reports
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending relevant workshops; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Willing to travel (South East Asia and China)
• Computer literate
• Preferences will be given to candidates with work experience in IT sector (Telco, Hosting, Data Center).
• Hands on experience in sales and ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
• Familiarity of sales performance metrics.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.
• Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
• Able to work under minimal supervision, independently and systematically.
