Job Description

• Lead the set up of servers/cloud, analytics tools
• Lead analytics in collaborating with Product Loyalty teams
• To optimize the participation, effectiveness and commercial return of Loyalty solutions through data and insights on business development initiatives and opportunities
• Transform large volumes of transactional data into actionable cardholder insights to improve business performance of organization and its clients
• Lead data science, analytics and insight to internal clients/ in order for functional business areas to achieve their customer and client business growth and revenue strategies
• Solve complex business problems by articulating a vision (technical and business) breaking down the business context and translating into formal solutions (operational excellence)
• Develop innovative solutions and build prototypes to business questions using statistical / machine learning / artificial intelligence algorithms
• Accountable for Data Science P&L, acceleration, collaboration and innovation goals
• Be an ambassador for the Data Science team and cultivate advocacy, champions and data skills across the business

Job Requirements

• Recommended of 5-10 years of experience in customer centric analytics Industrial experience with deep learning and exposure to AI libraries
• Strong experience in specialized analytics tools and technologies (including, but not limited to):
• AWS, Tableau, Power BI, Spotfire or other visualization tools, Python, R
• Working collaboratively across multiple sets of stakeholders business SMEs, IT, Data teams, Analytics resources, etc. to deliver on project deliverables and tasks
• Statistics / Mathematics: Data Quality Analysis, Data identification, Hypothesis testing, Univariate / Multivariate Analysis, Cluster Analysis, Classification/PCA, Factor Analysis, Linear Modeling, Affinity & Association, Time Series
