Job Description

• To provide key insights on matching/monitoring efficiency:
• To do data analysis and identify matching/monitoring inefficiencies
• Propose improvements based on insights
• Help report key metrics where necessary to matching/monitoring efficiency, e.g. match rate, match speed, suggested pricing gap, job performance, compliances and etc.
• To be organised create/update matching/monitoring documentations (tech and non tech processes) and matching/monitoring SOP e.g job blasting algorithm, pricing algorithm, matching algorithm, peak matching process, monitoring processes and etc. 
• Person-in-charge for day-to-day matching/monitoring inquiries and short term problem solving:
• To do daily manual matching/monitoring tasks
• To train and help the support team on how to handle matching/monitoring inquiries
• To train and help business teams on how to handle matching/monitoring inquiries with clients

Job Requirements

• A minimum of 1-2 years of work experience with data analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, finance, economics, engineering, management or accounting are preferred
• Ideally someone who has previously worked in a strategic consulting, management consulting or accounting firms
• Comfortable working with data
• Able to structure analysis workbooks on excel
• Able to create and plan analysis independently
• Fast to pick up new technology
