About The Job

  • Be familiar with TTI s vision, product; contribute to the company sales goals
  • Establish and develop BD channels/clients as well as build informal partnerships with strategic partners to increase customer results and to ensure the ideal market penetration and sales performances are achieved.
  • Manage the initiatives and tracking of all BD activities; Participant regularly BD meeting within BD team to discuss the progress of BD efforts; achievement of BD KPI, namely qualified leads, proposals, target generated against the Business plan; Submit relevant monthly BD summary report to MD, ensure the database is up to date.
  • Initiate research and analysis of the external market, competitors and internal development to ensure that a proactive sales strategy.
  • Participate promotion activities such as seminars, conference, workshops and industry fair to build up TTI brand and boost sales growth at a company wide level

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years working experience in the business development or related experience in Consulting /Professional service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with people at all levels
  • Ability to identify and secure appropriate business opportunities; commercial awareness and negotiation skills essential;
  • Strong results orientation, with the commitment and drive to achieve business goal;
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is a requirement
  • Willing to travel
