Job Description

1. Help the Centre of Excellence lead scope and estimate process improvement engagements with countries. 
2. Evaluate and assess production processes for improvement opportunities, either through process change or automation. 
3. Create Cost Benefit Analyses (CBAs) for countries performing automation.
4. Assist the robot technical configuration team in resolving issues.
5. Assist the Shared Service Centre in year-on-year process improvement activities.
6. Communicate with country Operational leads to advise on process change and impact.
7. Coach/Train/Guide country teams in process improvement activities.
8. Monitor and track KPIs of the resulting process improvement activities.
9. Document process diagrams, SOPs and other materials to support process improvement activities.
10. Set standards for documentation for the company.
11. Identify and quantify process improvement opportunities in SSC and/or business unit assessments.
12. Collaborate with team members across the company.
13. Assist in generating awareness and demand for process improvement and CoE activities.
14. Assist in ensuring the Automation Centre of Excellence remains net-neutral on profit and loss. 

Job Requirements

1. Three years plus of process improvement through formal methodologies (Six Sigma/TQM/Service Design).
2. Three years plus of business analysis.
3. Three years plus of Project execution (Prince2 or PMP).
4. Data Analytics.
