Job Description

• Responsible for ensuring sustainable growth in our product portfolio (skincare, makeup, body, spa services, gym) by identifying clear product objectives and strategies in alignment with local business strategies
• Lead in the planning of the New Product Development calendar with a deep understanding of Malaysian consumer personal care insights
• Lead the catalogue and pricing discussion with the Marketing Manager
• Develop campaign/launch plan with clear 360 campaign framework. Set clear objectives with assigned responsibilities, define expectations and key measurements for each function
• Create marketing programs with the break-through impact that help drive business growth and fuel connections between the brand and customers
• Curate customer experience journey together with the communication team to elevate the brand imagery and relevant to target audience according to the Brand Plan

• Support Marketing Manager in annual brand and marketing strategies development, as well as KPI setting for each function
• Develop integrated product + spa strategy and a yearly plan for spa business with clear measurements of business performance
• Manage, control, and optimise Sales Promotion budget for ensuring that expenses are kept within guidelines and objectives

Job Requirements

• 1 to 4 years of experience in brand management on consumer products – experience in skincare, personal care, or beauty/cosmetics is needed
• Cross-functional team leadership and project management experience
• Strong strategic and analytical skills
• Excellent written and oral communication ability
• Must be results oriented – someone with an entrepreneurial spirit and passion to drive brand growth
