About The Job

  • Able to build and maintain relationships with our key partners by consistently being a good communicator, and holding their trust by following up on action items diligently. 
  • Ensure their basic needs are met with high priority (emails, back and forth, placing and fulfillment of orders etc.) 
  • Coordinating marketing efforts (PR + in-store displays + mention of stores on website store locator) 
  • Ensure that they are kept up-to-date on our latest plans and developments re new products, pricing, promotions, and other plans, so that they can make their own plans in sync with ours. 
  • Developing plans and strategies for other smaller accounts 
  • Developing and executing a clear overall strategy as to how wholesale and BD fits into the larger company strategy 
  • Developing and executing new creative ideas to grow the business (eg. Partnerships with design stores, guerilla marketing events, etc. 

Job Requirements

  • Able to build and maintain relationships with our key partners by consistently being a good communicator, and holding their trust by following up on action items diligently. 
  • Basic understand of channel management and how distributor and retail relationships work 
  • Basic exposure to the German/European market, culture, mindset, and way of life (you can put yourself in their shoes) 
  • Sales-oriented mindset, and able to approach it systematically 
  • Detail oriented. 
  • Analytical and strategic thinker. 
  • Draw insights and conclusions from pulling together disparate data.
