Job Description

• Perform audit planning to ensure that appropriate staffing is assigned to conduct the audit assignment and meet the reporting deadline 
• Review audit working papers and financial statements to ensure that the audit files are properly and completely constructed and all contentious audit issues are properly cleared before Partners’ review 
• Manage fee billings and follow up on fees collection 
• Attend meeting and discussion with clients 
• Ensure the engagement is performed with a reasonable recovery rate 
• Ensure that audit engagements comply with the latest and updated auditing and accounting standards, laws, regulations and guidelines 
• Conduct training to audit staff on auditing and accounting standards and other relevant technical updates 
• Conduct staff coaching to ensure that staff is always motivated and posses the right working attitude and ethical conduct 
• Be actively involved in business development activities 
• Establish operating policies and procedures in audit department 
• Perform staff appraisal to ensure that staff is fairly and properly rewarded 
• Any other jobs assigned by Partners 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Accounting and Finance
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Audit
• ACCA certification would be an advantage
