Job Description
- Preferably managers specializing in Architecture or equivalent
- Act as the focal point of communication between Penang satellite office and Melbourne head office
- Manage overall administration of Penang office
- Able to guide the team in design and construction detailing
- Produce submission and construction drawings using AutoCAD in accordance to the Australian Building Code (BCA)
- Familiarity with relevant building standards and willing to learn the Australian Building Code (BCA)
Job Requirements
- Minimum a Diploma in Architecture/Interior Design
- At least 5 years working experience in the related field, preferably in hospitality/commercial design
- Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge in other software is an advantage
- Organised and able to lead
- Proficient in written and spoken English
