Job Description

• Deliver technical support and onsite field services 
• Perform installation, configuration and maintenance task 
• Identify errors, technical problems and determine proper solutions while providing exceptional service and customer support 
• Report and interface with senior management 
• Communicate and coordinate proficiently with customer requirements 
• Provide long-term process/service improvement measures and plans 
• Ansible Core, Ansible Tower, and Ansible Galaxy 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Information Systems or related field. 
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in related field 
• Commodity Server Hardware (e.g. Rackmounts, Blade and Enclosures) 
• Operating Systems (Windows, Red Hat, Ubuntu,CentOS, SLES, AIX, HPUX, Solaris) 
• Virtualization Technology (VMware / Hyper-V) 
• Good knowledge of Ansible Automation Installation & Configuration. 
• Ability to write ansible Automation 
• Familiar with Ansible Core, Ansible Tower, and Ansible Galaxy 
• Familiar with Inventory, Playbooks ,Roles and Modules 
• Good knowledge in Linux (community-based Linux) 
• Good knowledge in Shell Scripting / Programming Scripting (python) 
• Linux Certification or Training will be a plus 
• Storage, Backup and Middleware training or certification will be a plus
• Familiarity to other automation such Puppet, Salt will be an advantage 
• Knowledge of instrumentation methods using monitoring and observability tools 
• Wiling to travel (mobile)
