Job Description

  •  Able to handle accounts book keeping. 
  • To assist in accounts transactions, checking, verification & follow up. 
  • Prepare payments to vendors and claims (process payment, prepare invoice, payment voucher, receipts and cheques). 
  • Manage internal accounts including payroll, taxation and international transaction. 
  • Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable. 
  • Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for record keeping. 
  • General admin support and other relevant ad-hoc tasks or assignments. 


Job Requirements

  • Min Diploma/Degree holder in Accouting /Finance 
  • Min 1 – 2 years of experience 
  • Able to work independently 
  • Able to handle AR, AP, GL and tax 
  • Hands on experience with accounting software (Auto Count) will be added advantage 
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities
