Job Description

• Proper planning of engagements/portfolio of clients under the role holder’s purview including resource planning;
• Upholds and ensures timeliness and quality of services rendered to clients;
• Monitors and tracks daily utilisation of FTEs under the role holder’s supervision;
• Focal point of client escalation channel for the assigned portfolio of clients;
• Perform timely review of client deliverables and recommend/effectuate  improvements as required;
• Provides on-the-job training to subordinates to equip them for quality delivery of services;
• Ensures billings and collections are managed effectively and timely;
• Reviews recovery of engagements under role holder’s purview.

Job Requirements

• A minimum of 3-4 years of professional working experience in the fields of accounting and finance;
• Prior experience of no less than 2 years in managing/handling Xero accounts;
• Has directly managed a team of no fewer than 4 FTEs;
• Professional accountant certified by reputable accounting body
• (ACCA/CPA Australia) and/or possess bachelor degree from renowned universities;
• Willing to be hands-on in ensuring work and duties are performed to the expected level of quality and timeliness;
• Digitally-savvy;
• Experience in another cloud-based accounting platform (ie; Quickbook Online) is advantageous but not essential;
• Innately hands-on and go-getting as these two attributes are extremely essential for the success in this role.
