Job Description

• Handle accounts of AR, AP and full set of accounts 
• Entry, checking and overseeing partial transaction entries on Accounting Software 
• Assist manager in preparing monthly management reports
• Responsible for issuance of invoices, Delivery Orders, Purchase Orders, ensure timely delivery
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Accounting / Business or other related fields
• At least 1 year of working experience in related field (Fresh grad are welcomed to apply as well)
• The ability to build positive relationships with team and others
• Have passion for building and developing high quality furniture
• Being able to communicate in Chinese Dialects would be an advantage to communicate effectively with suppliers
• Love to work in fast pace environment with lots of learning opportunities
• Able to handle stress effectively
