Job Description

  • Actively pursuing your pre-existing client contacts/networks and seeking out sales opportunities through warm calling, networking and social media 
  •  Conducting market research to evaluate new customer needs & identify selling opportunities 
  •  Identify and sign-up partnerships to extend and expand our business service delivery platform 
  •  Prepare weekly/monthly marketing report and sales projection and performance targets (TBD) 
  •  Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their needs and concerns 
  •  Communicate and present (via phone/video-call/email/in-person) our business value to partners and clients to convince them to sign-up or purchase. 
  •  Drive the sign-up or sales process and achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets (TBD). 
  •  Actively contribute to the business model process (with ideas and actions) in order to achieve periodic, specific and generic business goals and objectives 
  •  Multi-task, multi-role & agile assignments across the business development, marketing and sales functions of the company 

Job Requirements

  • Good communicator, able to steer and drive a conversation to conclusion or action 
  •  Energetic, self-driven and a having a growth-mindset. A go-getter who is motivated to win. 
  •  Willing to role-up-sleeves and get stuck in – ‘whatever it takes to get the job done’ type. 
  •  Not a by-stander, clinging to their task/role descriptions 
  •  Start-up and entrepreneurial work style - not ‘only manager types’ – proof of being a hard worker and comfortable to work under pressure. 
  •  Willing to put in the commitment to be able to achieve and grow the business – not a ‘strictly 9-5 and week-ends out-of-action’ type. 
  •  Basic PC/Office skills able to work remotely from home or other locations will be expected.
