Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for end to end HR activities including recruitment, and other HR administrative function
- Understand clients’ requirements and provide the competent candidates.
- Source for the suitable candidates from database, job portal, and social media, screen and select candidates to assess their suitability to the vacancy in aspects of required skills, personality and experiences or knowledge
- Coordinate interview arrangements, conduct interviews and administer testing procedures.
- Plan additional projects assigned (eg: planning for a podcast project)
- Conducting daily research assigned
- Apply for expatriates EP
- Be familiar with the visa application in Malaysia, Singapore and Philippines
- Handle day to day operations and office administrative work if required

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Possessed at least 1 year of experience as a HR generalist (full spectrum HR)
- Be able to work on strict deadlines and able to multitask different tasks
- Able to communicate well
- Fluent in English, and Bahasa Malaysia
- Required Skill(s): Recruitment, Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, Communication, Microsoft Office
