About The Job

In addition you will learn about:

  • Develop a marketing schedule of promotional activity surrounding an event, designed to engage attendees, sponsors and other event participants 
  • Manage inquiries from potential customers in North and Latin American markets regarding events in your portfolio and manage converting these inquiries into revenue towards the event
  • Direct research resourced towards the development and improvement of databases supporting each event in your portfolio, scheduling research actions to best support event target market segments 
  • Devise market segmentation strategy for targeted industry events
  • Guide database research teams, extract and manage targets from existing database
  • Collaborate on event messaging and digital content strategy, deploy various creative email marketing tactics
  • Manage inquiries and close engagement gaps, launch any multi-channel marketing strategy for event including strategic partnerships, digital media and public relations, 
  • Verbally pitch course content and benefits to targeted prospects
  • Win registrations and manage clients expectations to course fulfillment and build lasting client relationship marketing strategies. 

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): sales, cold calling, marketing strategy, event marketing, strategy, event management, lead generation, strategic partnership, email marketing, database monitoring, high level communication, marketing, social media
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Public Relations/Communications or equivalent.
  • Research industry regulations, web-sites, associations, market reports, trade publications, whitepapers, directories, bloggers, portals, linked-in groups, vendors and suppliers to LEARN about lead generation resources and establish data sources to support campaigns. 
  • Gain competitive and market intelligence on related industry events
  • Spend on average 2-hours on the phone each and every day managing inquiries and pitching benefits of attending to prospects. 
  • The confidence to sell our events over the phone to C-Level Executives within Fortune 500 companies. 
  • Responsible for the content writing, creation and delivery of promotional email campaigns to our targeted database to promote the benefit of attending our events.
  • A GREAT verbal and written business skill
  • Grow and maintain an accurate CRM Database
  • Create multi channel marketing that fits the business
