About the Role:
 
We are looking for several experienced Customer Service Associates to join the growing team. You will be looking after our customer's requests, providing personalized solutions to their home, meeting their needs and expectation whilst ensuring internal quality standards are kept and following established turnaround times.
 
Your Role As A Customer Service Associate:
  • Will be expected to build a sound knowledge of any customers during interactions, to ensure a personalized interaction and ultimately to establish a credible rapport
  • Exercise judgment and discretion while serving as the primary touchpoint for escalated customer service issues and partner issues
  • Is able to be highly resourceful, solution-oriented show a strong investigative nature
  • Communicates responses in a clear, professional and concise manner across all channels (Both inbound and outbound calls, messages and emails)
  • Seek opportunities in a household and cross-sell difference services when needed
  • Applies company policies as applicable whenever interacting with customers
  • Is able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Seeks to provide the best possible customer experience

Job Requirements

  • Previous account management or customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Upbeat, confident & high energy - you bring freshness, energy and passion into the team. Help create a working environment that is unique, spawns new ideas and is enjoyable for the other people involved
  • Working proficiency in English
  • Willing to do rotating shift-based schedule (covering weekends and public holidays)
