The HEINEKEN APGP is a 24-month program, designed to accelerate career development through its cross-functional offerings with a combination of formal learning and on-the-job exposure.
Through this comprehensive programme, you will get to rotate assignments every six months, with your first year in Heineken Malaysia Berhad and a chance to experience your second year in other HEINEKEN Operating Companies (OpCos) across the Asia Pacific region. You will also be mentored by some of the most experienced and talented people in the business across Asia Pacific.

Job Requirements
- Able to start the intake by 1st July 2021 or earlier
- Candidate for Legal function: <=5 years' work experience. Candidate for all other functions: <= 3 years' work experience
- Minimum Second Lower Class Honor degree and above, or its equivalent
- Business English proficiency
- Genuine interest in experiencing other countries and cultures
- Proven leadership skills and extra-curricular involvement throughout studies
- Mobility and desire to work and live within Asia Pacific
- Highly-driven with a desire to succeed
- Work-eligibility without the need for a work visa or sponsorship to the participating home Operating Company (OpCo) in Asia Pacific.
