Job Description

Provide top-notch customer service and in-depth product knowledge including features, benefits and overall value
Handle customers' queries and feedback in a calm and professional manner
Cross-sell and encourage beneficial product add-ons
Consistently & proactively look for ways to improve store performance and customer experience
Help organize back stock and perform inventory counts
Process newly received shipments
Organize and replenish front stock and help with merchandise display
Process purchases, returns and exchanges diligently
Be enthusiastic and help create a positive environment for customers to shop and buy
Work as a team to achieve strategic and sales goals
Take on other responsibilities as assigned by the management BECAUSE YOU CAN!
