Job Description

• Solicit feedback from product users, stakeholders, regulators, data providers etc. through calls, surveys, research etc.  
• Collect and analyse feedback and business used cases to design product user stories to shape product user stories and features.  
• Create detailed user stories, process flows and wireframes to enhance usability based on requirements, UI and U/X best practices.  
• Collaborate across technical teams and the business to ensure strategic alignment of IT and business initiatives.  
• Work closely with the team to maintain the viability of existing products by evaluating the impact of market trends, user experiences etc. by engaging with internal and external stakeholders to gain insight and feedback, and complete maintenance activities on existing products.  
• Prepare and deliver product presentations as required.  
• Coordinate with users in testing and piloting new product features and enhancements.  
• Any task is given by the Management from time to time. 

Job Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any related field, preferably with experience of applying technical knowledge or analyzing business cases (financial analyses, market analyses, and industry analyses) for projects required.  
• Must be able to interact and communicate effectively with a wide and diverse range of audiences, ranging from the urgency and show a willingness to listen to suggestions from others.  
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.  
• Familiarity with SAAS.  
• Able to work in the fast-paced and dynamic environment.  
• Passionate to support the team with combination and data analysis and creativity.  
• Must be organised and able to solve problems systematically.  
• Good command of written and spoken English.  
• Experience with project management and familiarity with utility industry is preferred
