Job Responsibilities:

The face of HealthMetrics for the service provider.
Conduct product training to service provider.
Determine service providers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
Recruitment of service provider.
Take initiative to upsell products when they arise.
Establish sustainable relationships and engage service providers by taking the extra mile.
Oversee training material and suggest improvements.
Design and conduct onboarding session for newly joined service provider.
Create an open-communication climate and gather service providers' feedbacks.
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Job Requirements

Job Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
