Job Description

• The face of HealthMetrics for the corporate HR/clients/members
• Understanding the corporate HR’s requirements and delivering our software solutions to facilitate
• Follow the standard process and best practices to bring clients on-board and online in the stipulated timeframe
• Manage the provisioning process, including the creation of groups/users, and any other areas that require modification for newly joined corporates/member
• Design and conduct onboarding session for newly joined corporate HR and members
• Deliver end-user training to clients, which may include technical personnel, senior executives and administrative staff
• Oversee/produce/create/update training material and suggest improvements for corporate HR and members
• Maintain a high level of process quality and consistency as well as an excellent relationship with the customer
• Create an open-communication climate and gather corporate HR’s feedback
• Administrative work and reporting

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Preferably Entry Level specialized in Training & Development or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills
• Good phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Patient and positive when facing clients and members
• Establish sustainable relationships and engage service providers by taking the extra mile
• Works independently, have good judgment and consistent follow-through
• Awesome and responsible team player
