Job Description

• Accountable to handle full spectrum of the accounting/finance functions and internal & external reporting. 
• Prepare monthly management report & financial analysis on timely basis, identify critical issues for management deliberation and problem solving. 
• Establishing the internal control systems to ensure the financial data will flow into the accounting system effectively and efficiently and produce a reliable financial report that comply with all laws, regulations and policies. 
• Liaise with external & internal auditors, tax agents, company secretary and other government officers for the preparation of statutory submission. 
• To constantly seek improvement on company’s operation finance matters including internal control system, risk management policy, contract management and management reporting system. 
• Organize and motivate all the finance department staffs to fight alongside with you and make sure they all possess the “can do” working attitude. 
• Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned from time to time. 

Job Requirements

1. Possesses Professional qualification or Degree in Finance/Accountancy. 
2. At least 7 years of working experience in the related field. 
3. Experience gained within a Big 4 audit firms will be an added advantage. 
4. Mature with strong leadership skills, interpersonal and communication skills, meticulous, able to work independent and meeting tight deadlines.
5. Result orientated and numeric with strong analytical skills to drive changes towards work improvements.
6. Proactive, energetic self-starter who is able to lead others in a team environment.
7. An enthusiastic doer who sees challenges and opportunities, rather than problems.
