Job Description

• Maintain and build a close relationship with Pharmacies that sign up via our Vendor Acquisition team or via organic sign up
• Identify the on going needs for each vendor, and position our platform in order to solve the problems they face or technologies they lack
• Grow order rates and SKU composition of vendor accounts to sustainable levels.
• Educate and onboard vendors on methods in which they can optimize their e-store and business to increase their traction in the Internet markets
• Select and curate SKUs for various campaigns, promotions, online marketing, and media as require
• Report and track progress on vendor account activity, results and category initiatives
• Maintain and optimize all forms of promotions and incentives as to not allow for abuse, nor excessive use of resources
• Accurately document and record vendor offered perks and promotions for the platform content / admin / operations team to initiate
• Actively churn vendors that are not cooperative, and do not produce the results in line with the direction of the platform
• Identify potential synergy points with other departments.

Job Requirements

• Passion and patience with handling people, its dynamics and building great professional relationships
• Experienced in customer service and customer experience
• Empathic thinking and strong problem solving skills
• Driven, and self motivated
• Good team player, with an aptitude for work and the ambition to constantly outperform your KPIs
• With 2-3 years working experience in the related field
