Join our growing Internal Recruitment team in Malaysia
A fantastic opportunity to drive the development of Hays Internal Recruitment function and growth of our business across Malaysia. Building a market leading recruitment business by building careers in recruitment.
Your new role :
This is an essential role at a critical juncture as our Asia business accelerates it's growth. You will be responsible for attracting and assessing the best talent for the Hays Malaysia team as it continues to expand. Day to day you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing and the recruiters who will contribute to our growth whilst shaping the lives and opportunities of their candidates and clients.
We believe that our people create opportunities, improve lives and act as lifelong partners, as the recruiter of those people you will be able to do the same and see the results and impact within our business.
People are at the core of our business and the drivers of our success the way we recruit and select potential consultants impacts on our culture and business performance. As such this role is central to our business growth and will allow you to shape our recruitment processes and strategy as well as develop your own skills.
