Your new role
As the Senior HR executive you will be supporting the Regional HR Manager (based in Malaysia), with all aspects of HR. This will cover, recruitment, talent management, performance management, learning and development.
Assistant in report generation for various areas such as payroll and also deal with payroll related queries across the region.

Job Requirements
What you'll need to succeed
- You will definitely have a degree in HR or Business related, as this company offers a clear and define career path, and in order to succeed this is a minimum requirement.
- Generalist HR experience, likely to have been holding the title of HR Executive for around 3 years.
- Knowledge and understanding of payroll processes in terms of tax, statutory payment, ex-pats
- Superb English, both written and spoken to be able to handle a wide range of stakeholders and prepare high quality reports for management
