You will work with the Internal Recruitment team to drive recruitment for our Malaysia business and to ensure that we are able to find and engage with great people to fulfill some great opportunities to work at Hays.  You will be responsible for producing engaging content and advertisements, coordinating recruitment activities and managing applications. Working with the Internal Recruitment, Marketing ad HR teams this role will have impact across our business.

We welcome trainees across all disciplines to apply. A degree is nor prior working experience is required. Some knowledge of design tools for content creation would be helpful. Ideally, you would pride yourself with the following qualities:

 

 

This will be an initial 3-month contract with the opportunity to learn about multiple functions in our business and upskill in many areas. For great people there is a strong possibility to extend this position and move towards a long-term career in Hays.
