Your new role 
  • Providing guidelines in the preparation / development of job descriptions (JD) to provide a consistent standard on the JDs.
  • Plan, implement and coordinate in the implementation of recruitment process including job posting, job interviewing arrangement and recruitment administration.
  • Conduct market research to develop external and internal knowledge of market and business knowledge.
  • To identify and build relationship with higher education institution and target prospective candidates to support recruitment activities.
  • Develop college recruiting program on yearly basis.
  • Provide HR briefing and orientation to new employees.
  • Administer and facilitating employees internal & external training, team building activities and company events
  • To compile and prepare data analysis for management.

Job Requirements

What you'll need to succeed 
  • 3 years total HR work experience with 2 years experiences in full cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment
  • Professional certificate, Diploma, Bachelor Degree ideally in HR Management
  • Proficient in the use of social media – LinkedIn, Jobstreet, and other recruitment job portal
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A self-starter, initiative, independent and possess a high degree of confidentiality and ownership.
  • Possess positive working attitude, a team player and result oriented
  • Mandarin speaker essential as the business works a lot with China.
