Job Description

Main Responsibilities 
  • Reporting to the company directors and school principal. 
  • Be responsible for ensuring that the school’s decision making, policies and procedures are in compliance with the relevant ordinances, regulations and rules.
  • Personally oversee each stage of the onboarding process for new families: enquiry, assessment, application, interview, acceptance and admission up to tuition fee payment and student orientation. 
  • Assist in matters pertaining to the Immigration Department of Malaysia, and/or other relevant government departments on student-related administration, such as but not limited to processing of documents for enrolment, visa application and other immigration matters.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders, which includes following-up on enquiries and parent feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date with all Ministry of Education and Ministry of Health directives for thorough implementation and effective enforcement of social distancing, health and safety procedures within the school.
  • Coordinate and oversee all matters relating to the management of the school building, facilities, and environment.
  • Arrange for servicing and repair of equipment, as well as construction or renovation of buildings, facilities.
  • Oversee and ensure the security of the school compound and the safety and welfare of the students during drop-off and pick-up. 
  • Track and follow-up on all maintenance requests in a systematic manner. 
  • Assist in providing logistical support, venue booking, and transportation arrangements for school trips, events, excursions, exhibitions, etc, as and when needed.

  • Possess a strong work ethic and professional attitude
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
  • 3-5 years of experience in similar role
  • Possess a degree in business administration, marketing or relevant field of study (min 2:1 upper-second class honours)
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer literacy skills
