About The Job

Marketing Executive Job Duties:
  • Oversees the production of all marketing materials, including printed documents, media advertising spots, website content, and social media accounts
  • Evaluates marketing reports and sales data compiled by marketing staff members. Presents regular updates and information to other department heads and executives.
  • Works with executives to incorporate marketing needs into overall company planning and strategy. Organizes and attends company-wide and marketing events.
  • Monitors competitor activity and brainstorms potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, products, or services.
  • Assists in securing access to major media channels and important sponsorships.
  • Travels to meet clients and attend conferences, trade shows, industry events, and seminars.
  • To lead and manage reviews/tenders and resources to agreed scope and deadlines
  • Create appropriate documentation including reports, discussion documents and other presentations as required
  • Collaborate across the group to engage best in front resource
  • Provide technical insight into the program structure/coverage
  • Ensure service, claims and risk management optimal for each client/prospect
  • Work closely with key stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of the project - service team’s role is critical throughout the process
  • Scoping bids in conjunction with fee earners including challenging the status quo about approaches to bid responses
  • Assist the EMEA bids team with all RFPs, as well as drafting bespoke RFP responses using our extensive library of standard content as a basis
  • Project coordination from beginning to the end of the bids process
  • Keeping up to date with our prospects and competition to ensure responses are bespoke and deliver our strategy clearly
  • Collating, requesting and chasing information from across the global business
  • Tracking, analyzing and reporting on bids outcomes
  • Create bespoke graphics to assist Proposals and Commercial in communicating key messages
  • Work with Proposals and Commercial to develop Executive Summaries/videos to supplement bid submissions
  • Assist in organizing management reviews of proposals per the Bid Delivery Procedure including liaising with management executive assistants
  • Coordination of proposal delivery for on-time submission including potential soft or hard copies, electronic load to the hard drive, file transfer, etc.

Job Requirements


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Both Entry-Level and Junior Executive with 1year working experience are welcome to apply for this position.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, other language proficiency is a bonus.
  • Required Skill(s): Digital Marketing, Content Writing, Comprehensive Writing Capabilities, and Data Analysis will be added as an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Illustrator and InDesign), Microsoft Office and Social Media Applications.
  • Extensive or Any Marketing experience.
  • Highly motivated, patience and strong communication/ people skills
