Job Description
The SGDP is designed to develop and mould young graduates into highly competent members of the Export Sales Team.
SGDP associates will undergo a structured 6-month intensive development programme that includes immersion in key parts of the business:
- Planning
- Production
- Quality Assurance
- Warehouse
The role of a SGDP associate:
- Represent Hartalega and maintaining excellent working relationships with existing customers
- Coordinate with different parts of the business in ensuring a seamless experience for customers
- Gather market intelligence through research and analyzing market trends
- Build new business by identifying prospects and converting them into new customers
Job Requirements
Entry requirements:
- Fresh graduate with under 6 months of working experience
- Recognized degree with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 / Second Class Upper
- Active participation in extracurricular activities
- Excellent communication skills; fluent in spoken and written English
- Goal-oriented / outcome-driven individual
