Job Description

• Assist Production Manager in managing the resources required to operate the production plant efficiently. Render assistant to the production team on any process & product quality deficiencies. 
• Ensuring all production processes are in accordance to ISO 9001/13485/GMP requirements. 
• Enforcing all company rules and regulations. 

1. Assist Production Manager on manpower arrangement and allocation. 
2. Monitor the overall quality and output of Production, QCP and OQC. 
3. Coordinate with the team on Production and Packing planning. 
4. Monitor overall quality and output and ensuring customer requirements are met and achieve the KPI target. 
5. Review and analyse the QC and Packing reports. 
6. Review and control overall gloves inventory. 
7. Constantly look into improving of productivity and efficiency. 
8. Review and update the quality system procedures and work instructions. 
9. Review the daily, weekly and monthly planning for Compounding to Packing activities. 
10. Identify the training needs to ensure subordinates are well trained to carry out their functions effectively. 
11. Prepare and submit a monthly report to Manager. 
12. Conduct and review the department meeting weekly and monthly. 
13. Ensure company's regulation and safety and health regulation are followed. 
14. Any other tasks that may be assigned. 

Job Requirements

1. Effective time management skills 
2. Good people management and leadership skills 
3. Effective communication skills 
4. Good analytical and problem solving skills 
5. Able to interact with staff at all levels 
6. Able to do planning and forecast. 
7. Degree in Engineering or equivalent. 
8. Preferable with working experience in manufacturing environment for minimum 5 years. 
9. Experience in glove manufacturing is added advantage.
