Job Description

• Keep abreast of all shipment status and update related customers promptly.
• Ensure all shipment records, filing and correspondence are completed within the time frame given.
• Communicate politely and effectively with customers via phones, mail or others and provide high-level of customer service support.
• Prepare statistical reports and key in data.
• Responsible to provide administrative and coordination support to business unit focused on import and export shipments in domestic and international trade.
• Performs others duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent combination of experience, skills and training in a related field.
• Minimum 2 – 3 years working experience in the related field.
• Proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
• Multi-tasking and good time management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft office, outlook and other general office applications.
• Flexible and willing to work overtime.
• Possess a valid ‘D’ driving license and own transport.
