Job Description
We are looking to hire a hard-working, customer-oriented Sales Assistant to ensure the smooth running of in-store retail operations. The Sales Assistant’s responsibilities include welcoming customers to our outlet, educating customers on our product, providing customers with a demonstration of the product, ensuring stores are always presentable and tidy, and facilitating sales. You should also be able to identify customers' needs and recommend suitable models that best satisfy their needs.
Responsibilities
- Receiving, processing, and organizing stocks accordingly.
- Restocking depleted or low shop items and ensuring that the sales floor is organized according to established guidelines.
- Informing customers of promotions to encourage purchases.
- Performing start-of-day cleaning duties.
- Addressing and resolving customers inquiries in a professional manner.
- Processing customer payments using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of products to provide advice and recommendations as needed.
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English & Bahasa.
- Retail sales experience is an added bonus.
- The ability to use a Point of Sale (POS) software.
- Punctual and disciplined.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Outgoing and friendly personality.
- Detail-oriented.
- Well groomed and presentable looking.
