Job Description
You will be enhancing the effectiveness of the payroll, accounts and also teachers roles. Being multi-tasking and with proper attitude to deal any difficulties with ease.
- Taking charge of paperworks that relates to office admin duties and also student's particulars.
- Ensure that all paperwork done are up-to-date and report to management.
- In any occur events, the admin shall take charge in certain particulars to ensure the event goes smoothly.
- Ensure all teachers have their data and paperwork all hand up.
- All accounts are all followed up and process the paperwork for accounts department.
Job Requirements
- Have basic knowledge in admin duties.
- Possess Diploma/Degree in Business Admin or any other related field would be an added advantage.
- Experience using SQL Accounting software and Microsoft office
- The love and care for children will be a huge advantage.
- Multitasking and efficient in processing your work.
- Dedicated and have a passion in ensuring all students have good environment to study in.
