Job Description

Responsibilities:

Monitor and support customer cloud environment ensuring that the infrastructure and platform are available and running
Work with stakeholders to drive scope definition, specifications, and architecture of cloud services (such as Azure/Stack, AWS, Alibaba)
Work closely with supervisor to understand requirements, define and implement best practices and standards
Understand and tuning of system performance and ensuring systems will run reliably, scale accordingly, and are highly available in a 24/7 production environment
Suggest, Define, implement and document operational processes and procedures, with periodic review for efficiency and improvement
Define and deploy cloud platform on both single tenant and multi-tenancy
Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation monitoring systems for meeting defined SLAs
Use internal ticket tracking for work requests and ensure requests are handled with efficiency and prioritization

Job Requirements

Recommended Skills and Experience:

1+ years hands-on experience with Azure/AWS/Alibaba
1+ years of experience using Microsoft Windows Server/Linux OS
Experience with modern infrastructure automation (Azure ARM, PowerShell Scripting)
Networking fundamentals (VPNs, DNS, subnetting, route tables, firewalls)
Experience administering infrastructure for traditional monolithic web-based business applications
Azure/AWS/Veeam/Dell/HPE Certifications are good addition
