• Work on the day-to-day operations and business development at the coworking space.
• This includes: 
• Ensure smooth, day-to-day operations of the coworking space including tasks such as stocking office supplies, or managing maintenance and repair needs.
• Solve member-related issues to ensure a cohesive community and manage member expectations.
• Manage all building operations to ensure the highest level of member satisfaction.
• Conduct tours and provide membership information to prospective members.
• Liaison with external parties such as members, office management, vendors, etc.
• Liaison with internal departments such as sales, marketing, finance, etc.
• Introduce product packages and services.
• Oversee new member onboarding and member moves out of the space.
• Create a friendly environment to facilitate high member satisfaction.
• Support the sales team in dealing with prospective members in the tour pipeline, follow up the leads and sign members up.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Hospitality or any related field.
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, and respond calmly to external pressures and unexpected events.
• Business operations, sales experience and/or project management are highly preferable.
• No working experience is required.
• Strong proficiency in Google Apps, Excel/Google Sheets required.
• Passion and understanding for entrepreneurial communities.
