Job Description

• Answering inbound phone calls from potential hosts (From the UK)
• Handling outbound calls to follow-up past leads and try to close
• Develop strategy, tactics, sales plans to achieve expected sales targets
• Develop relationships and negotiate contracts with hosts and real estate agents
• Educate potential customers to the benefits of GuestReady
• Identifying service improvements or new service by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors

Job Requirements

• Able to work in Malaysia
• Able to change working hours according to companies needs (You will be mostly working UK hours 9am-6pm)
• Fluent in writing/speaking in English 
• You have strong analytical skills, identify gaps/opportunities
• You are able to prioritize and structure problems
• Your willingness to go the extra mile
