Job Description
- Understand and create analysis the short term rental market for our different markets
- Shape and execute our pricing strategy across all our markets including testing new strategies for different guests, distribution channels, seasons, etc.
- Control the prices of our properties across all markets
- Build systems that automatically to track KPIs and flag issues with properties' performance to allow for targeted adjustments
- Continuously improve toolkit used in yield management such as dynamic pricing tools or data visualization software
- Benchmark our properties' performance against the market trends and show the alpha generated under our management
- Run ad-hoc analysis for hosts, Account Managers or City Managers
Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a pricing analyst at a hotel or a vacation rental company is highly preferred
- Knowledge of data analytics tools such as tableau, slemma and others is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Economics, Hospitality, Business or related field
- Fluent in English
- Analytical and detailed oriented mind that can easily grasp data, trends and statistics
- Capable of summarizing and presenting data in an insightful manner
- Great communicator and team player
