About The Job

  • Understand and create analysis the short term rental market for our different markets
  • Shape and execute our pricing strategy across all our markets including testing new strategies for different guests, distribution channels, seasons, etc.
  • Control the prices of our properties across all markets
  • Build systems that automatically to track KPIs and flag issues with properties' performance to allow for targeted adjustments
  • Continuously improve toolkit used in yield management such as dynamic pricing tools or data visualization software
  • Benchmark our properties' performance against the market trends and show the alpha generated under our management
  • Run ad-hoc analysis for hosts, Account Managers or City Managers

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience as a pricing analyst at a hotel or a vacation rental company is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of data analytics tools such as tableau, slemma and others is highly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Economics, Hospitality, Business or related field
  • Fluent in English
  • Analytical and detailed oriented mind that can easily grasp data, trends and statistics
  • Capable of summarizing and presenting data in an insightful manner
  • Great communicator and team player
