Job Description

  • Write/Edit job descriptions and post them on relevant job sites to attract top quality candidates
  • Screen CVs and cover letters and hold initial interviews
  • Be the first point of contact for all applications, follow-ing up with them and coordinating interviews for hiring managers
  • Providing recommendations to hiring managers on candidates
  • Performing references and background checks
  • Assisting in the on-boarding process of new joiners
  • Performing exit interviews for leavers
  • Assisting on other HR issues, as and when needed and applicable



Job Requirements

  • Open only to local Malaysians/ PR
  • Fluent in English
  • Able to prioritize competing priorities and to manage time efficiently
  • Fast problem solver; being able to seek solutions instantly for any given problem
  • Team player; able to work in an environment with high inter-dependencies between teams and cross-cultural colleagues
  • Detail-oriented individual with a strong focus on quality
  • Able to work under pressure, staying calm and composed
  • Flexible in meeting the needs of the business 
  • Interest in start-ups and the sharing economy is a big plus. Ideally you will have experience using home share platforms such as Airbnb, Home Away, etc.
