Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement solutions leveraging Content Management System (CMS), e.g. Adobe AEM Sites.
- Translate marketing and web site needs into AEM specific recommendations and solutions.
- Leverage AEM, other state-of-the-art technologies, and integration patterns to solve cross-departmental challenges.
- Work in an agile, rapid development, and prototyping environment.
- Drive project scope and timeline definition based on collaborative needs assessments.
- Responsible for delivery of assigned module/ components /phases of a project. Responsible for Status reporting.
- Responsible for estimation, planning and execution with specific focus on requirement analysis and design.
- Responsible for Knowledge transfer and arriving at SLAs for steady state.
- Technical problem solving skills.
Job Requirements
Knowledge Skills & Competencies
- Experience on Sling Framework, Apache Sling, JCR, Felix, Maven, OSGI services, Workflow, Scheduler, Xpath Query , Replication , Rollout.
- Hands on Development experience in AEM (Adobe CQ5) is mandatory.
- Should have hands on experience in building and deploying enterprise level. Web Content Management solutions on Adobe CQ5 (any versions).
- Experience in Java/J2EE (design patterns, frameworks), development.
- Good knowledge of Java Content Repository (API) suite, Sling web framework and Apache Felix OSGi framework is required.
- Excellent communication, strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Qualifications and Experience
- A bachelor's degree and 3 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree) is required.
