Job Description
GO is currently looking for an UI Designer (Experience Design) to design and shape unique, user-centric (end-consumer and business) products and experiences with one of our key GO clients. In this role, you should be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems, translate any given experience journey into a smooth and intuitive interaction. .
The primary focus will be the conceptualize and create interface layout and design, visual design, interaction design and establish visual guidelines. As a UI designer, you will work across multiple graphic software platforms and utilize a diversity of skill-sets to visually communicates the interface that ensures adherence to UI principles, Brand standards, voice and content strategies. You will take a active role in our UI practice and work alongside UI, SEO and strategy experts. You will also participate in user testing, analytics studies to understand the user experience and strategies. Strong knowledge of modern website design, UI is imperative with front end and back end development understanding a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be a great team player. Ability to collaborate closely with leads, developers, copywriters and UX designers.
- Create overall concepts for the user experience within a product, ensuring all interactions are intuitive and easy for customers
- Create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods.
- Execute and defend your design decisions. All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. color theory, visual weight, etc.)
- Continually keep yourself and your design team updated with the latest changes in your industry’s standards.
