Job Description

Opportunity:

We’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our Team in Malaysia. Reporting directly to the co-founders and CEO, you will work alongside our product owners across a range of SME and Enterprise SaaS products to unlock marketing automation and O2O capabilities. You will also work with our Telco partners in the region, Google and Facebook in evangelizing advanced digital capabilities for the retail and real estate space.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with CEO on Dev and Tech pipeline prioritisation
Manage timeline and external stakeholders
Work with team of programmers and IT Infrastructure manager on a day to day basis
Drive and execute on QA processes as well as software / Infrastructure deployment

Job Requirements

Skills Required:

Practical individual who can traverse high level decision making as well as getting hands on with all aspects of technology
Numerical, ability to balance tech requirements against cost, time and business value
Prior hands on experience across:

Software development – ability to communicate code requirement is a must
Infrastructure deployment and management – both dedicated environment as well as cloud instances
QA processes and project management
