Job Description

• Designing branded content for our Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Linkedin Platforms for clients and internal purposes - ranges from eDM, web banners, native ads, social media assets, and videos.
• Create and develop multimedia (audio/video) content for customer stories, internal company announcement videos, external promotional social videos, product marketing videos, recruiting videos, corporate training and other enterprise-wide projects.
• Responsible for alignment of designs according to brand guidelines and templates and creation of relevant brand guides or materials including templates and infographics
• In charge of brand management and internal communications in the aspect of design
• Adept at a variety of design projects, such as branding, print and digital advertising, company literature, social media, events, websites, merchandise etc.
• Creating visual design that addresses business, brand, market and user requirements
• Ability to prepare appropriate working files for digital/print/production
• Editing of video with mainly rushes - including selecting program format for final output, capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, creating and inserting static and motion graphics, titling, adding music/voice-over/sfx, media management and archiving project media.
• Sourcing video ideas, planning and organising production schedules
• Contribute creative ideation when pitching ideas to client
• Stay up to date with contemporary art, graphic, and interior design trends

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design or similar discipline
• 2-5 years experience of relevant past work experience - worked at a creative agency and/or professional studio will be a plus (especially within a deadline-driven company)
• Familiarity with video production across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and different platforms
• Produced branded and video content, including advertising, online and social media
• Sound knowledge of post-production – animation, colour grading, sound mixing etc
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce polished video content
• Be proactive, organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a timely manner
• Be independent but also able to collaborate in a team environment
• Highly proficient in graphic/creative design programs: Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, After Effects), Final Cut, Lightroom, Premiere Pro and reasonable fluency in Microsoft office programs (Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Have a good understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, YouTube, Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram etc as well as other digital content distribution channels and how digital assets are best optimized for each platform 
• Experience in designing for Wordpress or other Website Editors (use of website builders such as Wix, Squarespace, Elementor, Weebly etc) 
• A portfolio that will be assessed on execution excellence, problem solving and technical mastery:
• Good eye for details from craft to execution
• Strong understanding of creative concepts
• Good collaboration skills
• Fast learner with can-do attitude
• A case study that demonstrates your understanding of the design process is essential.
